TASKCHAT: THE NEW WAY FOR YOUR BUSINESS TO MANAGE WORK

Welcome to task management, calendar, and business communication all in one place.

TaskChat will allow you to communicate with your co-workers and freelancers, while you can assign them tasks including due dates and deadlines. You’ll get alarm reminders when tasks are due and you’ll be able to auto-assign tasks to a random available time in your calendar or your teammates’ calendars based on the priority you select.

Why have all your info on separate platforms when you can have everything together on TaskChat?
TaskChat is an application that allows you to schedule your day, assign tasks to team members, and communicate with your team all in one easy-to-use app.

TASK MANAGEMENT
Keep your business organized by having your team focused on small, consumable tasks so that you can get projects done quicker and increase productivity across the board.

TEAM MESSAGING
Stop sending email! Keep all communications in one place, where it’s stored neatly based on each project and the appropriate team members involved in that particular project.

CALENDAR SCHEDULING
Take the pain out of scheduling tasks. Have TaskChat's A.I. technology scan through your calendar and find openings based on availability, due date, and the time you need to complete each task. If you have a meeting with several people, instead of asking everyone when they are free, TaskChat will find the best available slot for all your employees involved.

LEAD MANAGEMENT
Stop using your CRM to reach out to leads! Use the TaskChat app and call, email, or text your clients and prospects with a simple tool that separates your contacts based on the warmth of the lead. You can also send them pre-loaded email and text message templates based on what project they are assigned to.

INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY
Organize your business development projects by inviting team members into different channels. Once you create tasks within a project, you’ll be able to assign them to either yourself or a specific team member. Once assigned, you’ll be able to auto-assign the task based on when it needs to be accomplished, so you don’t have to worry about when it fits in their schedule.

TaskChat will automatically assign the task in an available time slot on their calendar. This allows for more organization within your business and greater productivity for all of your workers. Your workers won’t miss a beat since their schedule will be filled up and they’ll get constant reminders to make sure they know what tasks to accomplish next.
